Whoa, baby! I know how you folks have been waiting for this one. And, on an otherwise uninspired night of ball, from top to (almost) bottom of the Giants’ organization, I think we all needed the lift of seeing the Big Man back in the lineup. Bryce Eldridge made his slightly delayed entry into the 2025 season — and he made it with a bang, going deep on the third pitch he saw. Make ‘em remember your name, Bryce!
It was just a 1 for 3, but that “1” was a life-raft to carry us sweetly into dreams of the future. And, on a night with more than one embarrassing performance, any vessel in which to carry our hopes is a good one!
