Here Comes the Arizona Fall League!

Ok, so I lied!
I said on Friday that coverage of the minor league games was OVER and that I’d kick off the offseason coverage today with my list of Giants’ Organizational All Stars. But then, literally as I had my index finger descending to hit the “Publish” button, the good folks that run the Arizona Fall League decided to finally release their rosters! (Good thing, too, the league starts in a week).
So, slight course correction. I’ll use today’s post to go through the Giants’ AFL contingent and then quickly recap the final weekend of Sacramento’s season. I’m not planning on doing a full offseason primer the way I have for the past two years. I think most of the information has stayed the same, so you can check back to last year’s for salient info.
But I do want to take a quick preview look at the AFL and the players the Giants are sending to play for the Scottsdale Scorpions.
