Thinking about the Harrison signing got me to wondering - if all the MLB signings were ranked by dollar value, where would Harrison slot in? Or Swiney?
Looks like Harrison has the 30th or 31st highest signing bonus in this draft. Swiney quite a bit lower than that -- looks like 65th overall (and he was 67th pick so right about what he should have).
