Carson Whisenhunt’s Double A debut took center stage on Wednesday night, and, as if to avoid stealing any of the 2nd rounder’s spotlight, many of the other affiliates’ games quickly moved into anti-climax. “Oh no,” they politely insisted, “pay no attention to us! Nothing to see here!”

We won’t totally follow their advice, of course, but the focus of the night won’t stray far from the left-hander, who certainly lived up to his advance billing.
