When my keyboard gave up the ghost, somewhere around the 5,000-word mark, on Wednesday, I was just getting to the pitching side of things. As that seemed like a convenient enough stopping place — and as my fingertips were starting to emit a foul-smelling smoke — I deemed it prudent to split the roll out of There R Giants’ All-Stars list into two parts.
We don’t have to fill out an entire lineup in part two — just a couple of different roles from different sides of the rubber — so things should chug along a little more efficiently in the sequel.
