Keaton Winn: Major League Starting Pitcher. Didn’t end the way we wanted it to (the other guys have great players, too), but this kid from Ollie can start in that league. And he can do it for awhile to come. It’s incredible to me that I was watching him in High A just 10 months ago doing this:
(Of course, in that very same game, I was watching Luis Matos and Patrick Bailey, too, and had just missed seeing Casey Schmitt by two days. Apparently, the Giants have found the key to development success — skip over the upper minors!)

The incredible Wake Meckler is so hot — he doesn’t even bother about multi-hit games anymore. Multi-hit innings is the new cool thing for Wade! We shall discuss whether or not Meckler is our own Luis Arraez in training, in today’s edition of Minor Lines!
