We’ve reached the second month of the season! Which means stats start to gain, ever so slightly, that thin patina of “meaning.” Enter at your own discretion — and use with even more!

Before we get into the numbers, a quick trivia quiz to test how well you’ve been following along. The ideal in hitting is to match contact skills (hit the ball consistently) with power skills (hit the ball hard). If I set the minimum number of PA at 40, there are currently TWO players who have a K rate of less than 20% and Isolated Slugging over .200. Who are those two hitters?
