A couple of questions for a name not included. Your thoughts on Sam Long? Does the FO send him down with the idea of him being a SP and what kind of ceiling do you see for him as a SP? Thanks in advance.
I hope that's exactly what they're planning to do with Long. Not sure if Richmond or Sacramento but I'm very excited to see what he might do as a starter candidate. I totally forgot you had already written about Long. Lots of wouldn't it be great if with the young arms in the system. Webb and Beede are already intriguing arms. If Long pans out as well the depth of young pitchers suddenly looks much more promising.
