Roger again thank you for the work you do here. I wish fans would realize how this organization is turning it around. How much effort it takes. The old story of this organization doesn't develop is now getting to be ridiculous to me especially seeing how the young players are advancing. It's jot an easy game to begin with and the odds of players actually making it to the majors is crazy. Even the so called best don't always produce.

Thanks for the clear explanation of the Scouting Department (s). I think scouts are the Unsung Heroes of baseball. I say that even though I am not related to Howie Haak of scouting fame even though we share this odd name.

The Kempner Kwestion was good for me to hear also. I liked him early on as a San Jose kid playing in San Jose. How the Giants used his value is some good Inside Baseball that I should have understood long ago. And going back to the Wonderful Scouts, the SFG scouts who promoted picking him were ... Right. They bring credit to the SFG program, even if he is another "Forever Giant" that "got away".

The effort you put into these answers is absolutely incredible. As a reader, who at times can ask really dumb questions, I appreciate your patience and the thoroughness of your responses.
