That's a really good question. I'm not sure I have a great answer for you since I can't necessarily get into players' minds but maybe the real answer is everybody. Especially by the time you get to the AA level -- all of these guys can play. The difference between playing here and playing up there really can be very minor adjustments, very small differences in ability to focus consistently pitch to pitch, abilties to stay positive in a game that brings omnipresent failure and not let doubt intrude on the instinctual playing of the game. Yep, that's my answer: everybody!
