Wow! This was great ... I’m out on my walk listening to this, and when Josh says “some in the org think Matos is above Luciano” I spit out “WTF!” and some folks walking past me looked shocked and did a double-take! lol now have Matos #3 and Harrison at #5.
He seems to confirm several of my growing assumptions: (1) Ramos won't be a CF regularly; (2) Bishop won't be a CF either, and is at this point a massive LHH-power gamble; (3) Bart is something of a RHH-power gamble; (4) Harrison is the Next Great Hope; and (5) Matos is the future in CF for San Francisco.
At this point, I'm ranking them 1-Marciano, 2-Matos, 3-Ramos, 4-Harrison, and 5-Bart. I'll have to go over the rest for a bit, but I doubt Bishop makes my top ten.
I would what Norris would have said about Kilian or Swiney, if asked. I think Swiney makes my top ten now.

Well implicitly his comment that beyond Harrison the pitching in the system is overall pretty weak maybe gives you some of your answer
So it would seem.
...I would "like to know" what Norris ....
