The rosters only expand by two in September (which is going to be an issue) so it's not going to be a big call up like in year's past. Instead, they'll keep the options train rolling, managing the roster game by game like always. They won't bring players up just to have them up, it'll be specific to game needs
I also love your "Delete/Add" list to help me catch up on movement of the prospects I wonder about.
Brooks Crawford in SJ is MyGuy™ and I had hoped he would gt some love from you. When they use in for 2 IP relief does that mean they are undecided on pushing him to be a SP?
No, it's just what they've been doing this year to cover innings -- multi-inning appearances are pretty common all over system and definitely so in SJ where most of the starters are being wound down at this point in the year and not extended very far.
OMG that's a question. It's a new designation that basically removes a player from any active roster. But other than that it's hard to get arms around what it means sometimes. Corry is on it currently while he's working in Arizona. But others have been put on it just as paper move. That wouldn't seem to be case with Williams because SJ has room on roster. So I don't know what it means in his case
You mentioned the possibility of Castro potentially debuting in September. Who would you guess will be the guys getting called up in September?

Great topic!

Just what is the Development List?

Very interesting.
