A Marlins beat writer mentioned the Jacksonville rumor a few weeks ago, so a little more recent. Keith Law, way back in April, had mentioned Wichita and San Antonio moving to the Texas League, so that may be some rehashing.
I'd also say Richmond is a safe hold for the Giants, but I don't know about Augusta. I've heard the Northwest League would go to six teams, but if San Jose drops to Low A, they'd need Augusta to move to High A in a newly configured league in order to stay there. So many moving parts!
