Top 30 time, baby! We’re transitioning from deep depth to … uh, a regularly normal level of deepnity? Anyway, it’s encouraging to me that we’ve barely arrived at #30 on this list, and everybody I’ve been writing up so far is a pretty well-known prospect with reasonable prospects of donning a major league uni someday (indeed, in one case, that donning day has already dawned!)
That trend continues, as we’re going to run into some heavy hitters in today’s post, which includes many millions of dollars of investments! In fact, on per dollar acquisition basis, this is probably the priciest five-some we’re going to write up in this process. Perhaps it’s not a great thing to find investments like these (or Hunter Bishop and Sean Hjelle, covered earlier in the process) floating down the list rather than zooming up it. But then, health has been a major factor for nearly all of today’s group of players, and it stands to reason that a fully healthy year might put them right back on track again, and push them towards the top of next year’s list.
